X-DATA
White Ashes
Damon caught Kel’s swing before it even got halfway and moved his daggers down forcing her swords down too. The weapons made a prefect X between them so Kel couldn’t punch or kick him. “Now what do you do” Damon asked coolly “You twist and get your sword on top or you…” She broke off and kissed Damon on the lips; Damon in shock dropped the weapons; well Kel kicked him in the gut sending him hurtling backwards into the opposite wall. The impact woke everyone in the two buildings (the large stone building = guards; the old wooden but strong shack = the younger kids) then four dirty and lean kids ran into the room.
The youngest May said in a shaky whisper “Master Kel, Master Damon I think you woke the guards next door.” Then with a crash ten guards and a commander stormed into the room. “Hello kiddies” said the commander in a snake-like whisper “Rats; Dawn, Grant get Jazon and May out of here” yelled Damon “Adept watch their backs” Said Kel shakily “Got it boss” said Adept as she herded the kids out the door.
“Kel turn up the heat” whispered Damon as a the foot of a wind dragon crashed down five feet away from Damon’s arm “Right on time, bud” said Kel well messing with a match; Kel blew on it and it sparked, hissed and flamed orange; just as Damon grabbed her to pull her on the dragon foot Kel tossed the match into the group and snapped her fingers and with a hiss the match grew red and blue flaming ten feet high and started a fire that engulfed the shack; circling above the Dragon roared into the black and dotted sky Kel then snapped her fingers again stopping the flames below, and still standing where all ten guards and the commander staring up at them with wide and irate eyes.
